The original building, reshaped
in 1700, has been left unchanged
by our last conservative
restyling done just 12 months
ago. We used original stones and
typical equipment to preserve
the “native” fascination of our
house such as in our dinning
room where we have original tuff
archways and our floor with
original stone slabs. The
house’s walls are a metre thick
and are painted with typical
Apulian lime. This allow our
flat to be cool in the summer
and warm in the winter. The
house is furnished with Apulia's
typical furniture.
Happy house is about 70 square
meters large. It has a large
open space living room and
kitchen with a comfortable
double sofa bed. The First
bedroom is large about 20 sq.m.
with a very soft double bed. The
second bedroom has a single bed
in a 14 sqm room. It has also a
little courtyard where you could
have a romantic dinner or enjoy
a “open” shower after your
morning at the beach...
