Villa in a
very peaceful setting, from the
sea and 8 km from Monopoli
With two double bedrooms, twin
bedroom, two bathrooms, outside
terrace with kitchen area with
sink, woodfired oven and huge
barbecue .
The outstanding feature of this
villa is the outdoor space – the
inside is well equipped. Outside
however there is a deep shady
verandah around two sides of the
house with a outside kitchen
area with sink, woodfired oven
and huge barbecue . Olive trees
and a pomegranate tree give
areas of shade on a grassy bank,
and a further grassy area has
swings and a slide (not a
toddler slide except with adult
help) . There is plenty of
outdoor furniture including a
comfy swinging sofa. To the left
of the house there is a small
wooded area and there are plans
this year to add a large above
ground splash pool. There is
also an outdoor shower. The
garden is not large, but is
beautifully tended with lots of
flowering plants and is laid out
in such a way that there are
distinct areas for playing,
reading quietly, sunbathing or
eating al fresco.
Inside there is a living room
with an open fireplace (also
central heating), a three seater
sofa, T.V etc and a table and
four chairs. There is a serving
hatch into the well equipped
kitchen (oven, gas hob,
microwave, dishwasher, double
sink) which has a further table
and chairs. Outside the kitchen
there is a small terrace for
hanging washing.
At one end of the livingroom
there are two bedrooms, a double
(with air conditioning unit) and
a children’s room with twin beds.
Both rooms have built in storage
and share a bathroom (shower
cubicle, W:C, sink, bidet).
At the other end is a further,
larger double bedroom and
another bathroom (as before).
